摘要
近年来随着社会对环保的关注度,各地正在大力建设污水管网截污治污体系,致使对管网后期运营维护的要求越来越高。以西南地区某多种类市政管网工程为例,对管网易发现的管网结构性缺陷和功能性缺陷进行非开挖修复技术探讨,结合该市政管网种类多、纳污面积大、分散性大、施工工期紧等特点,深化施工工艺流程及加强技术措施。经工程实践证明,其施工质量满足设计及规范的要求,不仅降低了对周围环境的影响,还有效治理了施工质量通病,为类似工程的后期运营修复提供借鉴。
In recent years,with the attention of the society to environmental protection,sewage network interception and pollution control system is being vigorously constructed in various places,resulting in higher and higher requirements for the later operation and maintenance of the network. Taking a variety of municipal pipeline network projects in southwest China as an example,this paper discusses trenchless repair technology for structural and functional defects of pipeline network which are easy to find. Combined with the characteristics of the municipal pipeline network,such as many types,large pollution area,large dispersion and tight construction period,it deepens construction process and strengthens technical measures. Engineering practice has proved that its construction quality meets the requirements of design and specification,not only reduces the impact on the surrounding environment,but also effectively cures the common defects of construction quality,providing reference for the later operation and repair of similar projects.
