摘要
目的探讨超声斑点追踪技术对评估2型糖尿病患者心脏收缩功能的影响.方法随机选取2018年1月~2019年3月我院2型糖尿病患者30例,另随机选取同期我院健康体检人员30例为健康对照组,对两组患者进行常规超声检查,并采用超声斑点追踪技术对两组患者进行检查,统计分析两组的常规超声结果、左室收缩期纵向应变值、径向应变值.结果 2型糖尿病组患者的E/A、Em/Am均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),但两组的LVDd、LVEF之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05).2型糖尿病组患者的左室收缩期心内膜、心外膜基底段、中段、心尖段、整体纵向应变值均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05).2型糖尿病组患者的左室收缩期心内膜、心外膜二尖瓣水平、乳头肌水平、心尖水平、整体径向应变值均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05).结论超声斑点追踪技术能够有效评估2型糖尿病患者心脏收缩功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of speckle-tracking imaging in the evaluation of cardiac systolic function in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected. Another 30 healthy health subjects receiving physical examination during the same period of time in our hospital were randomly selected as the control group. Routine ultrasound examination was carried out for both groups of patients, and speckle-tracking imaging was used to examine both groups of patients. The routine ultrasound results, left ventricular systolic longitudinal strain value, and radial strain value were statistically analyzed in both groups. Results E/A and Em/Am in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than those in healthy control group(P<0.05). However, the differences in LVDd and LVEF between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05). The left ventricular systolic endocardium, basal segment, middle segment, and apical segment of epicardium, and overall longitudinal strain values in the group of patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than those in healthy control group(P<0.05). Left ventricular systolic endocardium, epicardial mitral valve level, papillary muscle level, apical level, and overall radial strain values were significantly higher in the group of patients with type 2 diabetes than in the healthy control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Speckle-tracking imaging can effectively evaluate cardiac systolic function in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
