摘要
全方位的思想政治教育改进是当今高校思想教育工作发展的方向。文章通过对社会实践进行分析,强调了思想教育工作在高校中的重要性,分析探讨了高校进行思想教育工作时采用的管理运营机制;对在高校中组织学生活动、指导学生思想工作的、对学生进行生活管理的与学生直接接触的辅导员在进行的思想教育工作中存在的不足进行了讨论,并提出了相应的改进方法,对简化政治思想教育体制以及实现联合思想教育工作,构建新型思想教育理论以及制度体系,具有一定的参考价值。
The all-round improvement of ideological and political education is the development direction of ideological education in most colleges and universities. Through the analysis of social practice, this paper emphasizes the importance of ideological education in colleges and universities, and discusses the management and operation mechanism adopted by most colleges and universities in carrying out ideological education. The problems existing in the ideological education work of the counselors who organize students’ activities, guide students’ ideological work and direct contact with students’ life management in colleges and universities are discussed, and corresponding improvement methods are put forward. By simplifying the political and ideological education system and realizing the joint ideological education work, it has certain reference value to the method construction of pooling resources, the new ideological education theory and the system.
