摘要
随着法治社会的不断完善,法庭的社会地位和作用日益突显。法庭家具作为法庭中的重要陈设,是法庭室内环境的主要构成元素,也是法律尊严和公平的体现。目前我国法庭家具的分类和技术参数并不统一,存在整体形制不标准、单体家具不一致的问题,关于法庭家具的分类及技术规范亟待研究。本研究以刑事法庭为例,确定了法庭家具的设计原则和相关技术参数规范,并进行了刑事法庭家具的设计实践与打样,相关家具已成功在法庭中得到实际使用和推广,以期为法庭家具设计提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of the rule of law society,the social status and role of the court has become increasingly prominent.As an important setting in the court,court furniture is the main component of the court's indoor environment and a manifestation of legal dignity and fairness.At present, the classification and technical parameters of court furniture in China are not uniform.There are problems of inconsistent overall shape and inconsistent single furniture.The classification and technical specifications of court furniture are urgently needed.Taking the criminal court as an example,this paper determines the design principles and related technical parameters of the court furniture,and carries out the design practice and proofing of the criminal court furniture.The related furniture has been actually used and promoted in the court.
