摘要 本文采用高频红外碳硫仪建立了测定稀土中硫酸根含量的高频红外吸收法。以磁铁矿为标准物质,分别对助熔剂、分析时间进行比较选定,确定最佳助熔剂为钨复合助熔剂,分析时间为25-35次/分钟。对方法准确度、稳定性和加标回收进行考察,结果表明高频红外吸收法测定的结果准确性高、稳定性好,加标回收率符合国家标准,适合稀土分离企业快速分析检测硫酸根的需求。 In this paper,a high frequency combustion infrared absorption method for the determination of sulfate radical in rare earth was established by high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur meter. Using magnetite as the reference material,by comparison,the best flux was determined to be tungsten composite flux,and the analysis time was 25-35 times/min. The ac curacy,stability and spike recovery of the method were investigated. The results show that the results of high-frequency in frared absorption method have high accuracy and good stability,and the standard addition recovery rate of the standard meets the national standard. It is suitable for the rapid analysis and detection of sulfate in rare earth separation enterprises.
