摘要
为掌握不同烟用水基胶对卷烟感官质量和主流烟气指标的影响,采用不同种类的卷烟搭口胶、卷烟接嘴胶和卷烟包装胶进行样品卷烟的卷制,通过标准方法进行相关评价。结果表明:(1)乙酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)工艺生产的烟用水基胶具有性价比高、流动性能良好、粘结能力强,能够适用于中高速卷接机组的要求。(2)不同工艺生产的烟用水基胶对卷烟感官质量的影响关系为:改性淀粉型胶粘剂>乙酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液>乙酸乙烯-乙烯均聚乳液。(3)烟用水基胶对卷烟主流烟气指标的影响不明显。
In order to understand the influence of different water-borne adhesive on the sensory quality and mainstream smoke index of cigarettes, different kinds of cigarette sealant, cigarette sealant and cigarette packaging adhesive were used to make sample cigarettes, and the relevant evaluation was carried out by standard method. The results showed that:(1) The water base adhesive produced by vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE) process has the advantages of high cost performance, good flow performance and strong bonding ability. It can be applied to the middle and high speed rolling unit.(2) The influence of different water-borne adhesives produced by different processes on the sensory quality of cigarettes is: modified starch adhesive>vinyl acetateethylene copolymer emulsion>vinyl acetate-ethylene homopolymer emulsion.(3) The influence of cigarette water-borne adhesive on mainstream smoke index is not obvious.
