摘要
《伤寒杂病论》是中国首部理法方药俱全的传统医学著作,其辨证施治原则及医药理论,至今仍广泛应用于医疗实践。其著名的“温阳三方”即苓桂术甘汤、真武汤、桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤,辩治心衰效果显著。大量研究表明“温阳三方”在心衰辨治中疗效确切,然运用于临床时,应病证结合,辨证施治,方能效如桴鼓。通过参阅大量《伤寒论杂病论》中“温阳三方”与心衰相关的医学文献后,从辨治、药理研究、实验研究等方面综述近几年来温阳三方在心衰治疗上的研究进展,为中医治疗慢性心力衰竭提供理论参考。
Treatise on Febrile andMiscellaneous Diseases, is the first traditional medical work in China, fused with theory,method, formula and drug .The spirit of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and medical theory, which has been widely used in medical practice.“The three warm-yang decoctions” including Lingguizhugan decoction, Zhenwu decoction, Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction, are remarkable to treat chronic heart failure. A large number of studies have shown that “the three warm-yang decoctions” have definite effects in the treatment of heart failure, but in clinical application, good curative effect can be obtained only by combining disease with syndrome differentiation and treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. After referring to a large number of medical literatures related to “the three warm-yang decoctions” and “heart failure” in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, the research progress of “the three warm-yang decoctions” in the treatment of heart failure in recent years from the aspects of the treatment, pharmacological research and experimental research were summarized, so as to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of chronic heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine.
