摘要
汽轮机转子高速动平衡试验站专用平车为双泵站6个油缸同步运行,选用比例同步系统运行时,系统不设定固定的基准油缸,而是在运行中不断消除同步动态误差,保证油缸动作的相对稳定。但是由于比例系统是动态调节、动态同步,受工件情况、同步精度要求、使用环境、运行工况等因素影响,系统不能处于稳态运行。本文提出了一种步进式同步的控制方式,即在常规系统上采用各缸分别按步距步进,位移传感器反馈行程信号,控制系统对各油缸进行同步控制,取得了很好的使用效果,简化了系统,提高了系统可靠性及稳定性,降低了系统制造成本且运行维护简便。该控制方式也可推广至多泵站多油缸同步运行的系统中。
The special flat car of the high-speed dynamic balance test station for the steam turbine rotor is synchronously operated by 6 cylinders of the double pumping station.When using a proportional synchronization system,the system does not set a fixed reference cylinder,but continuously eliminates synchronous dynamic errors during operation to ensure stable operation of the cylinder.However,since the proportional system is dynamically adjusted and dynamically synchronized,the system cannot be in steady state operation due to factors such as workpiece conditions,synchronization accuracy requirements,usage environment,and operating conditions.This paper proposes a stepping synchronous control method,that is,in the traditional system each hydraulic cylinder is stepped by step distance respectively,the displacement sensor feeds back the displacement signal,and the control system is synchronously control each hydraulic cylinder,and a good use effect is obtained.Synchronous systems increase system reliability and stability,reduce system manufacturing costs,and are easy to operate and maintain.The method can be extended to control the synchronous operation of multi hydraulic cylinders in multi hydraulic power units.
