摘要
大同焦煤一矿8503工作面顶板为坚硬的砂岩,为探讨坚硬顶板条件下采取预裂爆破强制放顶方法的实际效果,以大同焦煤一矿8503工作面为研究对象,通过数值仿真模拟,对强制放顶断裂特征、预裂高度对顶板破断特征影响进行分析。结果表明,该方法使顶板应力得到有效控制,而且在合理的预裂高度范围内,顶板弱化效果突出。
The roof of the 8503 working face in Datong No. 1 Coking Coal Mine is made up of hard sandstone. In order to study the practical effect of forced caving by presplitting blasting under hard roof conditions, the numerical simulation of the 8503 working face was carried out to analyze the influence of forced caving and pre-splitting height on roof fracture characteristics. The results show that the method can effectively control the roof stress, and the roof weakening effect is prominent within a reasonable pre-cracking height range.
