摘要
当前我国高职学生普遍缺乏职业意识,一方面是受到自己个体因素的影响,另一方面也会受到很多外部环境因素的影响,包括社会环境、家庭环境和学校环境等,所以我国需要改变过于功利的教育环境,从政策方面鼓励学生的个性化发展,家庭和学校也应当对学生进行正确的引导,帮助学生树立职业意识。
The current our country college students' general lack of professional consciousness, on the one hand is influenced by their individual factors, on the other hand also will be affected by many external environment factors, including social environment, family environment and school environment, so the need to change too utilitarian education environment in our country, from the aspects of policy, strengthen students' personalized development, family and school should also undertake to the student the right guidance, help students to establish professional consciousness.
