摘要 为了快速开发翅片管换热器,需要自动生成加工图,并将仿真软件的设计结果与自动绘图软件关联,实现数据交互。本文开发了一种换热器仿真及图形生成的一体化平台,通过有向图的解码算法,直接将换热器设计软件中的结构和流路参数转化为三维绘图所需要的位置坐标参数。将复杂多变的换热器配件的结构表达成5种基本特征的组合,并将基本特征转化为绘图所需的位置参数。该平台可以根据换热器设计软件的计算结果一键生成换热器三维图形,实现300种以上换热器配件的自动生成,可提高5倍以上的出图效率。 In order to quickly design the finned tube heat exchanger, it is necessary to automatically generate the processing drawings and to associate the design results of the simulation software with the automatic drawing software to realize data interaction. An integrative platform combined the heat exchanger simulations and 3D drawing generations is developed in this paper. In this platform, the structure and flow parameters in the heat exchanger design software are directly converted into position coordinate parameters required for 3D drawing through the decode algorithm of the directed graph. The complex structures of heat exchanger accessories are described by the combinations of five basic graphic features at first, and then these five basic graphic features are transformed to the coordinate parameters. The 3D drawings of the heat exchanger are generated by the integration platform by one button according to the simulation results of heat exchanger design software. More than three hundred types of heat exchanger accessories are automatic generated, so that the drawing efficiency is improved by more than five times.
