内浮顶储罐的密封改造与节能应用

摘要 阐述了内浮顶储罐的结构特点、节能效果及应用情况,对组装型浮盘结构的合理性进行了分析。该浮盘结构设计合理、上下浮动平衡、无卡盘现象、静电导出性能好。应用结果表明,该储罐能安全运行,浮盘密封改造后可减少物料的蒸发损失和环境污染,节能降耗效果显著,值得推广。 This paper described the structural characteristics, energy saving effect and application of the inner floating roof storage tank, and analyzed the rationality of the assembled floating tray structure. The floating tray had reasonable structure design, floating balance, no chuck phenomenon, and good electrostatic performance. The application results showed that the storage tank can operate safely, and the improvement of floating disc seal can reduce the evaporation loss of materials and environmental pollution with the significant energy saving and consumption reduction effect which was worth to be popularized.
