摘要
目的调查肠造口患者出院准备度现状及影响因素,并分析其与自我效能、应对方式的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年12月至2019年6月于北京市某三甲医院行肠造口术的79例患者为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料调查表、出院准备度量表、造口自我效能量表、中文版医学应对问卷进行横断面调查。结果单因素分析显示不同性别肠造口患者的出院准备度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肠造口患者出院准备度总分为(134.84±28.80)分,Pearson相关分析显示造口患者出院准备度与自我效能、面对、屈服应对方式呈正相关(P<0.05),多重线性回归分析结果显示自我效能、面对、屈服应对方式是出院准备度的影响因素。结论肠造口患者基本具备离开医院、回归社会及进一步康复的能力,但肠造口患者出院准备度处于低水平,肠造口患者自我效能、面对疾病时选择面对及屈服的应对方式与肠造口患者出院准备度呈正相关。
Objectives To investigate the current status of readiness for discharge and the factors influencing readiness for dis charge in patients with stoma, and to investigate its correlation with self-efficacy and coping modes. Methods A sample of 79 patients who received stoma between December 2018 and June 2019 at a third-class hospital in Beijing was recruited. Patients filled in questionnaire about demographics, readiness for hospital discharge scale (RHDS), the stoma self-efficacy scale, and the Chinese version of medical coping modes questionnaire. Results Univariate analyses showed significant differences in readiness for hospital discharge between men and women ( P < 0.05). Overall RHDS score was (134.84±28.80). Pearson correlation showed that readiness for hospital discharge was positively correlated with patients’self-efficacy, confrontation scale, and acceptance/resig nation scale ( P < 0.05). Multivariate regression analyses showed that self-efficacy, confrontation scale, and acceptance/resignation scale were independent factors influencing readiness for hospital discharge. Conclusion Patients with stoma possess fundamental readiness for hospital discharge and capacities to return to society. However, readiness is still at a relatively low level. Patients’ self-efficacy, confrontation scale, and acceptance/resignation scale were factors influencing readiness for hospital discharge.
