摘要 分析了阀体产生缺陷的原因。在确定压力铸造工艺的基础上,采用模拟软件建立了压铸件的充型和凝固的数学模型,随后模拟了铝合金压铸件的铸造过程。此后,将原浇道的厚度增加到平均壁厚的2倍,从而抑制了铝合金压铸件卷气缺陷的产生。 The reason why defects formed in the valve body was analyzed. A mathematical model concerning cavity fill and solidification of die-cast part was established on the basis of the determination of die-casting process. Subsequently, the casting process of the die-cast aluminum alloy parts was simulated. After this, thickness of the original runner was increased to twice the average wall thickness with the result that the infiltration of gas into the die-cast aluminum alloy parts was suppressed.
