摘要
针对传统跑车试验模拟方法存在费时费力、不便于桥梁快速检测评估的缺点,提出一种基于三角荷载的跑车试验简化模拟方法。该方法首先采用三角荷载简化模拟冲击荷载;然后根据模型有限单元长度、试验车辆速度确定加载过程;最后将三角荷载加载时程序列代入到车致桥梁运动方程中,根据桥梁结构动力学理论求解桥梁结构动力响应,实现跑车试验快速模拟。将该方法应用于坦桑尼亚基甘博尼大桥(主跨200m的双塔单索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥)中,对比分析跑车试验模拟计算结果和实测结果,得到自振频率、动挠度、动应力计算结果与试验结果相吻合,桥梁整体刚度、强度满足设计要求,实现了桥梁快速检测评估。
The traditional method to simulate vehicle running test is time-consuming and laborious,and not convenient for rapid detection and evaluation of bridges,a simplified simulation method for vehicle running test based on triangular loads is proposed.Firstly,the triangular load is used to simplify the simulation of impact load.Then,the loading process is determined by the finite element length and the speed of the vehicles.Finally,after the triangular loading function being substituted into a vehicle-induced bridge motionequation,the dynamic response of the bridge structure can be solved using the dynamic theory of bridge structure,thus the fast simulation of the passing vehicles on the bridge can be realized.The simulation method has been used for the Kigamboni Bridge in Tanzania,which is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 200 m and two pylons,and the calculated and measured results of the dynamic response,including the natural frequency,dynamic deflection and dynamic stress,are compared and analyzed,demonstrating that the calculated results coincide with the measured results.The overall stiffness and strength of the bridge meet the design requirements,and the rapid detection and evaluation of the bridge is realized.
