3个贵州薏苡品种农艺性状及光合特性研究 被引量:5

Study on Agronomic and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Three Job’s Tears (Coix Lachryma-jobi L.) Varieties of Guizhou Province

摘要 为探究贵州薏苡农艺性状及光合生理特性,以兴仁小白壳、黔薏苡1号、黔薏苡2号进行田间小区试验,测量其农艺性状并测定光合特性日变化,以期为发掘高产的薏苡品种提供理论依据。结果表明:黔薏苡1号的茎粗、分蘖数、单株产量、主茎产量均显著高于黔薏苡2号和兴仁小白壳;黔薏苡2号的株高、茎节数、分蘖数显著低于兴仁小白壳。3个薏苡品种之间的净光合速率、气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度日变化趋势均不同,兴仁小白壳和黔薏苡1号各自在13:00、14:00出现午休现象,表现为黔薏苡1号、黔薏苡2号净光合速率显著高于兴仁小白壳,黔薏苡1号净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及蒸腾速率均显著低于其它两个品种,此后逐渐升高,16:00时达到峰值并显著高于其它两个薏苡品种。蒸腾速率兴仁小白壳在10:00~11:00、14:00~15:00时间段高于黔薏苡1号、黔薏苡2号。 In order to explore the agronomic traits and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Job’s Tears ( Coix Lachryma-jobi L.) in Guizhou, a field experiment was conducted using Xingren small white shell, Guizhou coix No. 1, Guizhou coix No. 2 as tested materials, and the agronomic traits and the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics was measured to provide theoretical basis for exploiting high-yield Job’s Tears variety varieties. The results showed that the stem diameter, tiller number, yield per plant and main stem yield of Guizhou coix No. 1 were significantly higher than that of Guizhou coix No. 2 and Xingren small white shell;plant height, stem number and tiller number of Guizhou coix No. 2 were significantly lower than that of Xingren small white shell. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO 2 concentration were different among the three Job’s Tears varieties. The Xingren small white shell and Guizhou coix No. 1 appeared a midday depression of photosynthesis at 13:00 and 14:00, respectively. The net photosynthetic rate of Guizhou coix No. 1 and Guizhou coix No. 2 were significantly higher than that of Xingren small white shell. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO 2 concentration and transpiration rate of Guizhou coix No. 1 were significantly lower than those of the other two varieties, but increased gradually and peaked at 16:00 and were significantly higher than those of the other two varieties. The transpiration rate of Xingren small white shell was higher than that of Guizhou coix No.1 and No.2 during 10:00~11:00 and 14:00~15:00.
