摘要
为探究不同胁迫条件下牛磺酸(A)、维生素C(B)、葡萄糖(C)、泼洒姜-芳草(D)、应激宝(E)和渔精元(F)6种药品对罗非鱼存活率及行为的影响。本研究以罗非鱼(17.03±5.21)g为实验对象,观测其在缺氧、二氧化氯及氨氮胁迫条件下6种药品对罗非鱼的存活情况及影响。结果表明:在缺氧胁迫下,144min后E组的罗非鱼存活率最高为33.33%,其它各组存活率均为0%;360min后各组的存活率均为0%;在二氧化氯的胁迫下,B组与其它各组差异显著(P<0.05),75min后B组的存活率最高(100%),其它组存活率均为0%;在氨氮的胁迫下,F组与各组差异显著(P<0.05),360min后F组的存活率(93.33%)最高。
To explore the influence of 6 kinds of drugs including taurine(A), Vitamin C (B), glucose (C), Posajiang-Fangcao(D), Yingjibao(E) and Yujingyuan (F) on survival rate and behavior of tilapia under different stress. Tilapia (17.03±5.21) g was used in this study, and the survival and behavioral responses of tilapia to six drugs were observed under hypoxia, chlorine dioxide and ammonia nitrogen stress, respectively. The results showed that the highest survival rate of tilapia was 33.33 % in group E while 0 % in other groups after 144 min of exposure to hypoxia stress;and 0 % in each group after 360 min of exposure. Under the stress of chlorine dioxide, group B was significantly different from the other groups ( P <0.05), and the survival rate of group B was the highest (100 %) while other groups was 0 % after 75min of exposure. Under the stress of ammonia nitrogen, the difference between group F and each group was significant ( P <0.05), and the survival rate of group F was the highest (93.33 %) after 360min of exposure.
