摘要
张锡纯是近代中国医学史上经验丰富的医家,代表作《医学衷中参西录》载方约200首,所载方剂立法严谨、配伍巧妙、用药轻灵、精简效宏。龙骨、牡蛎药对共出现41次,充分说明张锡纯对龙骨、牡蛎药对的运用有独到之处。现进一步总结张锡纯运用龙骨、牡蛎的经验,为中药药对配伍的深入挖掘和临床应用提供新方向新思路。
Zhang Xichun is a well-experienced medical doctor in the history of modern Chinese medicine. His masterpiece Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination has about 200 articles. The prescriptions are rigorous, ingenious and effective. The keel and oyster medicines appeared 41 times in total, which fully shows that Zhang Xichun has unique features in the use of them. To further summarize Zhang Xichun’s experience in using keel and oyster can provide new directions for the deep digging and clinical application of Chinese medicine.
