摘要
采用振动消失模铸造制备了Y形HT100灰铸铁,研究振幅对消失模铸造灰铸铁组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着振幅增大,灰铸铁中短而薄的A型片状石墨增多,奥氏体组织由柱状晶向胞状晶转变;当振幅为2 mm时,珠光体中的片状渗碳体发生粗化、片间距变大,即珠光体中的碳化物由片状向粒状转变;灰铸铁的硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率均随振幅增大先增大后减小;当振幅为3 mm时,灰铸铁硬度最大,而在振幅为2 mm时,灰铸铁的抗拉强度和伸长率最高,其最高数值分别为160 HBW、147. 51 MPa和1. 17%;灰铸铁性能的改变主要由灰铸铁中奥氏体形态、分布,以及A型片状石墨所决定。
Y-shaped HT100 gray cast iron was prepared by lost foam casting ( LFC) with vibration. The effect of amplitude on microstructure and properties of the lost foam casting gray cast iron was studied. The results show that with the increase of amplitude,the amount of the short and thin type A flake graphite in the HT100 gray cast iron increases,and the austenite changes from columnar crystal to cellular crystal. When the amplitude is 2 mm,the flake cementite in pearlite coarsens and the flake spacing increases,that is to say, the carbide in pearlite changes from flake to granular. The hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the gray cast iron increase at first and then decrease with the increase of amplitude. When the amplitude is 3 mm,the hardness of the gray cast iron is the highest;when the amplitude is 2 mm,the tensile strength and elongation of the gray cast iron are the highest;the highest values are 160 HBW,147. 51 MPa and 1. 17%,respectively. The change of properties of the HT100 gray cast iron is mainly determined by the morphology and distribution of austenite in gray cast iron and type A flake graphite.
