摘要
为了进一步优化变压器状态检修方式,提出了一种基于不停电检测的状态检修模式。首先收集了8家省(市)电力公司2005年至2014年的变压器危急、严重缺陷及故障,并分析了状态量和检测方式的检出效率;然后结合专家研判优选了关键状态量并对盲检率进行评估;最后提出并验证了取消停电例行试验的可行性。研究结果表明:变压器具备开展基于不停电检测的状态检修条件;相比传统周期性检修模式,所提出的基于不停电检测的状态检修需要采集的状态量更少,可以缩短停电时间、提高检修效率。
In order to further optimize the condition maintenance mode for transformers, a condition maintenance mode based on non-blackout detection was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the data of transformer imminence, serious defects and faults of 8 provincial power companies from 2005 to 2014 were collected, and the detection efficiency of state pa- rameters and detection modes was analyzed. Secondly, based on the judgement of expert, the key state parameters were optimized and the blind detection rates were evaluated. Finally, the feasibility of canceling the routine test of power outage was analyzed. The results show that transformers are capable of performing condition-based maintenance based on online detection without power cut. Compared with the traditional periodic maintenance mode, less state parameters are needed for the non-blackout detection proposed in this paper, which can shorten the power outage time and improve the maintenance efficiency.
