摘要
运用模糊集定性比较分析方法研究网络成员关系、知识搜索方式和搜索策略影响企业提升研发投入的路径,分析了创新偏好型企业和低创新偏好型企业在提升研发投入上的路径差异,研究发现促进低创新偏好型企业提升研发投入的2条路径和促进创新偏好型企业提升研发投入的3条路径,研究结论为实施网络化管理以促进企业研发投入提供理论依据,同时也为完善技术创新的网络联盟管理提供一个有价值的思路。
This paper uses fs/QCA method to study the path of network membership, knowledge search and search strategy affecting enterprises to improve R&D investment. We analyze the difference in improving R&D investment between high-innovation-preference enterprise and low-innovation-preference enterprise. The research found two paths to promote low-innovation-preference enterprise to increase R&D investment and three paths to promote innovation-oriented enterprise to increase R&D investment. The paper provides a theoretical basis for implementing network management to promote enterprise’s R&D investment, and a valuable idea for improving management of innovation network.
