摘要
结合地铁工程施工总承包的管理需求,以青岛地铁8号线大洋站(含)—青岛北站海底隧道工程为例,建立了GIS+BIM模型,并研发了“GIS+BIM项目信息管控平台”,形成了一套BIM模式下地铁工程施工管理流程。该流程改善了施工各参与方的信息沟通方式,实现了施工智慧管控,节省了工程建设管理成本,提高了施工效率。
In combination with the management requirements of the general contracting of subway construction,and taking for example the Qingdao Metro Line 8 Dayang Station(including)-Qingdao North Station undersea tunnel project,the GIS+BIM model is established,the"GIS+BIM project information management and control platform"is developed,and a set of subway construction management processes in BIM mode are formed.The processes have improved the information communication methods of the construction participants,realized the construction intelligent management and control,saved the engineering construction management cost and improved the construction efficiency.
