深井巷内预制充填体切顶无煤柱开采技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对目前深井高地应力开采环境复杂、煤炭资源采出率低等问题,提出了巷内预制充填体切顶无煤柱开采技术,以山西某矿21214工作面运输巷为研究对象,通过理论分析以及数值模拟仿真方法确定切顶参数、预制充填体合理宽度,并结合工程实例进行了可行性研究,按照设计的施工工艺和参数在21214工作面进行了实施。现场观测结果表明,巷内预制充填体切顶无煤柱开采技术实践效果显著,巷道顶底板最大位移量为120mm,实体煤帮位移量为145mm,巷道围岩变形量能够得到很好地控制。 In the view of present deep-well and high-stress mining environment problem especially in complex and low recovery rate of coal resources,a new technique with preset packing body and roof cutting for coal seam without coal pillar mining is putting forward,with coal mine 21214 head-entry in Shanxi as the research object,through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method to determine reasonable roof cutting parameters and preset packing body width. The feasibility study was carried out with an industrial test,according to the design of the construction technology and parameters in 21214 coalface. The test results showed that the technique with preset packing body and roof cutting for coal seam without coal pillar mining practice effect was remarkable. The maximum displacement between roof and floor rock of roadway was 120 mm and the displacement of solid coal wall was 145 mm. It also showed that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock can be successfully controlled.
