摘要
为了保障矿井安全、快速运输,采用S7-300PLC,分析了试验平台硬件配置和通信连接,采用WinCC设计了协同调速监控平台,进行了协同速度规划和跟踪试验以及刮板输送机负载电流对比,试验结果表明,刮板输送机负载电流精度为93%,完成了刮板输送机-采煤机协同调速的功能,避免了刮板输送机煤量的堆积,有效控制了刮板输送机负载恢复的稳定。
In order to ensure the safety and fast transportation of mine,S7-300 PLC is used to analyze the hardware configuration and communication connection of the test platform,WinCC is used to design the cooperative speed control monitoring platform,cooperative speed planning and tracking tests are carried out and the load current of scraper conveyor is compared,the test results show that the accuracy of load current of scraper conveyor is 93%,and the scraper conveyor-shearer cooperation is completed,which completes the function of coordinated speed adjustment of the scraper conveyor and coal collector,the accumulation of coal in scraper conveyor is avoided,and the stability of load recovery of scraper conveyor is effectively controlled.
