摘要
现代煤矿生产作业存在技术含量高、工作强度大等特点,煤矿生产过程中由于煤矿设备关键链接部位断裂出现事故,甚至造成人员伤亡。在实际生产中,需要对煤矿设备关键链接部位用超声波扫描探伤,为确保煤矿机电设备作用的充分发挥,则需要对其安全性予以保障。因此运用极为广泛的无损检测技术,发现煤矿生产中机电设备关键链接部位出现裂缝、白点、缩孔等就是安全隐患,提前采取措施就避免了事故发生。煤矿安全生产避免事故发生,就是煤矿行业最终目的。
Modern coal mine production has the characteristics of high technical content and high working intensity.In the process of coal mine production,accidents occur due to the breakage of key links of coal mine equipment,even causing casualties,in actual production,it is necessary to use ultrasonic scanning to detect the key links of coal mine equipment.In order to ensure the full play of the role of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,its safety needs to be guaranteed.Therefore,it is found that cracks,white spots and shrinkage holes in key links of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine production are potential safety hazards,and the accident can be avoided by taking measures in advance,to avoid accidents in coal mine safety production is the ultimate goal of coal mine industry.
