摘要
K2CO3碱性条件下,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,3-取代吲哚化合物与α-氯代肟发生D-A反应,生成相应的的吲哚稠杂环化合物。反应中,α-氯代肟在碱的作用下脱去一分子HCl,形成共轭的亚硝基烯烃结构,随后与吲哚C2,C3位的双键发生Diels-Alder环化反应,形成一个稠杂环结构。反应产物经1HNMR、13 CNMR和HPLC-MS表征。
Under the condition of K 2CO 3 and 1,4-dioxane as solvent,3-substituted indoles reacted with α-chloroxime to form corresponding indoles heterocyclic compounds.In the reaction,a molecule of HCl was removed by α-chloroxime under the action of alkali to form a conjugated nitroso olefin structure,and then Diels-Alder cyclization reaction occurred with the double bond of indoles C2 and C3,forming a heterocyclic ring structure.The reaction products were characterized by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and HPLC-MS.
