摘要 目的探讨CYP2C19基因多态性与老年冠心病的关系。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月在我院治疗的冠心病患者89例(冠心病组),同时选取健康自愿者90例作为对照组,采用DNA微阵列芯片法检测冠心病组和对照组CYP2C19基因型表达情况。结果冠心病组CYP2C19基因*1/*2比例为51.69%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);冠心病组中代谢型比例为58.43%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);冠心病组不同临床分期CYP2C19基因型、代谢型差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后发生心血管事件(MACE)患者14例;MACE组和非MACE组CYP2C19基因型、代谢型差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),MACE组慢代谢型比例为42.86%,明显高于非MACE组(P<0.05)。结论CYP2C19基因多态性可能与老年冠心病发生易感性有关,且与PCI术后MACE发生有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between CYP2C19 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease in the elderly. Methods 89 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and 90 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, the DNA microarray was used to detect the CYP2C19 genotypes. Results The proportion of CYP2C19 gene *1/*2 in coronary heart disease group was 51.69%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The mild metabolic rate of CYP2C19 gene in the coronary heart disease group was 58.43%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);There were no significant difference in CYP2C19 genotypes and metabolic types between different clinical stages in coronary heart disease group (P>0.05). Among the enrolled patients, 14 patients developed into cardiovascular events (MACE) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). There was significant difference in CYP2C19 genotype and metabolic type between group MACE and non MACE group (P<0.05), but the slow metabolic type rate of MACE group was 42.86%, which was significantly higher than that in non MACE group (P<0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of CYP2C19 gene is associated with the susceptibility of coronary heart disease in the elderly, and it is related to the occurrence of MACE after PCI.
