人性化教学模式应用于临床实习带教中的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察人性化教学模式应用于临床实习带教中的效果。方法对照组采用常规方法带教,观察组应用人性化教学模式。结果观察组实习生诊断知识(93.62±2.58)分、治疗(95.85±1.77)分、操作(96.00±1.48)分、沟通(93.17±1.14)分、实习生学习兴趣为94.74%、参与度94.74%、主动性92.11%、满意度97.37%。对照组实习生诊断知识(83.69±3.16)分、治疗(86.00±2.40)分、操作(84.23±1.50)分、沟通(79.15±2.08)分、实习生学习兴趣为63.16%、参与度52.63%、主动性52.63%、满意度68.42%。两组数据相比差异显著(P< 0.05)。结论应用人性化教学模式,可增强实习生的理论与实践能力,提高临床实习带教质量。 Objective To observe the effect of humanized teaching mode in clinical practice teaching. Methods The control group was taught by routine methods, while the observation group was taught by humanistic teaching mode. Results In the observation group, the diagnostic knowledge, treatment, operation, communication were(93.62±2.58),(95.85±1.77),(96.00±1.48),(93.17±1.14) and interest, participation, initiative and satisfaction of interns were 94.74%, 94.74%, 92.11% and 97.37%, respectively. In the control group, the diagnostic knowledge, treatment, operation, communication were (83.69±3.16),(86.00±2.40),(84.23±1.50),(79.15±2.08) and interest, participation, initiative and satisfaction of interns were 63.16%, 52.63%,52.63%,68.42%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized teaching mode can enhance the interns' theoretical and practical abilities and improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
