摘要
通过对陕西陕煤陕北矿业有限公司基本情况的分析介绍,围绕高质量发展的客观背景以及企业打造高效运转的管理运行体系的现实意义,结合案例重点分析高效运转的管理运行体系的实质,最终给出打造陕北矿业公司高效运转的管理运行体系的5条具体路径:构建完整的计划管理体系、构建科学的组织架构及岗位配置体系、构建完善的制度流程体系、推广"五化"管理模式、构建高效的考核激励体系。
Through the analysis and introduction of the basic situation of Northern Shaanxi Mining Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, focusing on the objective background of high quality development and the practical significance of building an efficient management system, combined with case analysis of the essence of efficient management operation system, five specific path of efficient management system for Northern Shaanxi Mining Co., Ltd. were proposed: building a complete plan management system, building a scientific system of organization structure and post configuration, building perfect system of process system, promoting the "five changes" management mode, building efficient performance incentive system.
