摘要
为确定切顶卸压沿空留巷开采工作面合理的通风方式,以店坪煤矿204回采工作面为例,从预防采空区遗煤自燃和瓦斯事故出发,通过计算采空区漏风量、监测氧气浓度变化、对比采空区"三带"划分,提出两进一回的W型通风方式为合理的通风方式。现场实践表明,W型通风方式可以有效降低采空区两侧风压,减少采空区漏风,采空区氧化带范围明显降低,有效防止采空区自然发火。
In order to determine the reasonable ventilation pattern of working face with gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure relief, taking Dianping Coal Mine 204 working face for example, the W-type ventilation pattern that concluded two intake entries and one return entry was put forward as the reasonable ventilation mode based on gob air leakage calculation, oxygen concentration change monitoring and gob "three zones" division comparison from the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion and gas accident in gob. Field application showed that the W-type ventilation pattern could effectively decrease the wind pressure on both sides and the air leakage of the gob, significantly reduce the oxidation zone range and effectively prevent spontaneous combustion in the gob.
