摘要
对水合二氧化硅的溶出工艺进行了实验研究。实验方法为:稻壳先在管式炉内炭化并通入水蒸气得到稻壳灰,后用氢氧化钠溶液与稻壳灰内水合二氧化硅反应将其溶出。考察并讨论了炭化阶段和反应过程中对水合二氧化硅溶出率的主要影响因素。实验结果表明:合适的炭化温度为600℃,稻壳与水蒸气用量比(质量比)是1∶2,炭化时间为30min,氢氧化钠质量分数为3%,反应时间是180min,固液比为1∶20(g/mL),在溶出过程中,水合二氧化硅的溶出率可达到98.83%。
The present research work deals with the dissolution process of hydrated silica.The experimental method is as follow:rice husk is first carbonized in a tube furnace with steam to obtain rice husk ash;and then the hydrated silica is dissolved by the reaction of sodium hydroxide solution with it in the rice husk ash.The main influencing factors of the dissolution rate of hydrated silica during the carbonization stage and the reaction process were investigated and discussed.The experiment gave the optimum conditions are as follows:the carbonizing temperature is 600 ℃,the mass ratio of RH to steam is 1 ∶2,the carbonizing time is 30 min,the concentration of NaOH solution is 3%,the solid liquid ratio of RHA to NaOH solution is 1 ∶20(g/mL) and the boiling time is 180 min.As for processing outcome,the dissolution of silica is 98.83%.
