pH值对反应结晶制备二水硫酸钙的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在Na2SO4-CaCl2-H2O反应结晶体系中以酒石酸为有机添加剂,调节体系pH值分别为3.2,6.6,9.4和11.2,温度70℃,搅拌速率100r/min条件下,制备不同形貌的二水硫酸钙。结果表明,二水硫酸钙晶体在pH值为3.2,6.6和9.4时呈棒状,长径比分别为30∶1~20∶1,15∶1~8∶1和4∶1~2∶1,在pH值为11.2时呈六棱柱状,长径比为1∶1;随着pH值增大和结晶时间延长,二水硫酸钙结晶度逐渐增大、热稳定性逐渐提高。 In the reaction system of Na 2SO 4-CaCl2-H2O,tartaric acid was used as organic additive,pH value was adjusted to 3.2,6.6,9.4 and 11.2,temperature was 70 ℃ and stirring rate was 100 r/min.Water calcium sulfate.The results show that the calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals are rod-shaped at pH values of 3.2,6.6 and 9.4,with aspect ratios of 30 ∶1~20 ∶1,15 ∶1~8 ∶1 and 4 ∶1~2 ∶1,with a hexagonal prism at a pH value of 11.2,with an aspect ratio of 1 ∶1.With the increase of pH and crystallization time,the crystallinity of calcium sulfate dihydrate gradually increases and its thermal stability gradually increases.
