摘要
虽然近年来我国石油化工企业事故总量呈下降趋势,但仍存在一些重大及特大火灾、爆炸事故。石油石化具有易燃、易爆的特点,发生事故造成人员死伤和财产损失都十分严重。个别地方性质的石化企业更是事故频发,石化行业的安全生产形势十分严峻。安全生产是企业稳定运行和可持续发展的重要基础,只有加强安全管理、重视安全生产才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。阐述了石化企业的生产特性,分析了石化企业当前在生产过程中存在的安全问题,探讨了解决石化企业安全生产隐患问题的相关措施。
Although the total number of accidents in China’s petrochemical enterprises has shown a downward trend in recent years,there are still some major and extraordinarily large fire and explosion accidents.Petroleum and petrochemical industry is flammable and explosive.Accidents cause serious casualties and property losses.Individual local petrochemical enterprises have frequent accidents,and the situation of safety production in petrochemical industry is very grim.Safety production is an important basis for stable operation and sustainable development of enterprises.Only by strengthening safety management and paying attention to safety production can we remain invincible in the fierce market competition.This paper expounds the production characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,analyses the safety problems existing in the current production process of petrochemical enterprises,and probes into the relevant measures to solve the hidden dangers of safety production in petrochemical enterprises.
