摘要
股骨头坏死作为一种骨科常见疾病,拥有极高的致残率,且其发病逐年呈年轻化趋势,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此,早期防治股骨头坏死显得格外重要。外泌体是由细胞分泌的直径约30-100nm的囊泡状物,内含脂质、蛋白及核酸等,能调节局部微环境,促进组织损伤修复。本文就外泌体的形成、分泌以及不同来源外泌体在早期股骨头坏死防治的研究进展作一综述。
As a common disease in orthopedic field, osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH) has a very high disability rate, which significantly affects the life quality of patients. Therefore, early prevention and treatment of ONFH is particularly important. Exosomes are vesicles secreted by cells, containing lipids, proteins and nucleic acids. Their diameters are about 30-100 nm in general. Accumulated evidences show that exosomes play important roles on the regulation of local microenvironment that facilitate tissue repair. The present review mainly focused on the general biological characteristics of exosomes and the present research progress of exosomes derived from different cells in the early prevention and treatment of ONFH.
