摘要
分析了片簧挡套的工艺性,介绍了其排样方案设计和级进模结构,模具设计中主要考虑材料弯曲回弹以及如何排样才能提高材料利用率。经生产实践证明:模具满足了设计目标,结构可靠,并能保证零件成形质量,对此类零件的级进模设计提供一定的参考。
The manufacturability of spring spacer sleeve was analyzed, and the blank layout and structure of progressive die and were presented. The material springback and layout way were mainly considered to improve the material utilization rate in the die design. The manufacturing practice proved that the die met the design goal and its structure was reliable, which could ensure product quality and provide reference for the die design of such parts.
