玻璃纤维超薄罩面沥青混合料路用性能 被引量:19

Road performance of glass fiber ultra-thin overlay asphalt mixture

摘要 为提高超薄罩面沥青混合料的路用性能,将预处理后的玻璃纤维掺入AC-10L、SMA-10以及SAC-10超薄沥青混合料中,通过马歇尔试验验证玻璃纤维掺入的可行性;开展不同沥青种类与不同级配的混合料高温车辙试验,评价玻璃纤维对超薄沥青混合料高温性能的改善效果;基于浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及疲劳加载试验,评价玻璃纤维对AC-10L超薄沥青混合料水稳定性及疲劳性能的提升效果。研究结果表明:掺入玻璃纤维后,不同级配的混合料马歇尔稳定度与流值均有一定提升,并可改善其物理性能,因此将玻璃纤维掺入超薄沥青混合料具有可行性;不同改性沥青种类的混合料高温性能均随玻璃纤维掺量的增加而增大,AC-10L、SMA-10、SAC-10超薄沥青混合料的动稳定度可提升15%左右,且玻璃纤维对细集料的影响更大;玻璃纤维掺量(质量分数,下同)为0.4%时,AC-10L沥青混合料的动稳定度较未掺时提升了23.8%;随着玻璃纤维掺量的增大,AC-10L超薄沥青混合料的残留稳定度、冻融劈裂抗拉强度比以及疲劳寿命均呈先增后减趋势;与掺量为0%时相比,掺量为0.4%时,AC-10L沥青混合料的水稳定性提升8%左右,而疲劳寿命提升25%以上。 To improve the road performance of the ultra-thin overlay asphalt mixture, pretreated glass fibers were mixed into AC-10 L, SMA-10, and SAC-10 ultra-thin asphalt mixtures. The feasibility of adding glass fibers was verified by the Marshall test. The effect of glass fibers on the high-temperature performance of different asphalt types and gradations of ultra-thin asphalt mixtures was evaluated by the high-temperature rutting test. The water stability performance and fatigue property of AC-10 L glass fiber ultra-thin asphalt mixture was evaluated based on the immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, and fatigue loading test. The results show that the Marshall stability and flow value of the mixtures with different gradations are improved to some extent by adding glass fibers, and the physical properties of the mixtures can be improved. Therefore, it is feasible to mix glass fibers with ultra-thin asphalt mixtures. The high-temperature performance of the mixture of different modified asphalt types all improve with an increase of glass fiber content. The dynamic stability of AC-10 L, SMA-10, and SAC-10 ultra-thin asphalt mixture can increase by approximately 15%, and the influence of glass fiber on fine aggregate is greater. When the glass fiber content(mass fraction, the same below) is 0.4%, the dynamic stability of AC-10 L asphalt mixture is 23.8% higher than that of the unmixed asphalt mixture. With an increase of glass fiber content, the residual stability, ratio of freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength, and fatigue life of the AC-10 L ultra-thin asphalt mixture all show the trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Compared with unmixed,when glass fiber content is 0.4%, the water stability of the AC-10 L asphalt mixture increases by approximately 8%, and the fatigue life increases by more than 25%. 6 tabs, 10 figs, 25 refs.
