摘要 通过电炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→连铸→轧制成材工艺开发曲轴用钢,采用窄成分控制,洁净钢生产工艺,大压缩比轧制等控制技术,研制开发出组织均匀、夹杂物级别低、晶粒细小、表面质量好的曲轴用钢。用户使用表明,热处理性能稳定,热处理后表面具有较高硬度及耐磨性,钢板心部有较高的塑韧性,钢材具有良好的锻造成形性、加工切削性,实物质量良好,满足用户较高的加工使用要求。 By electric furnace smelting-LF refining-VD vacuum processing-continuous casting-rolling process, the steel for crankshafts was developed, and through using the control technologies including the narrow composition control, the clean steel production process, the rolling process with large compression ratio, the steel for crankshafts with uniform microstructure, low-level inclusions, fine grains and good surface quality was developed. And the users’ application showed that, the heat treatment property of the steel was stable, and after heat treatment, the steel’s surface had a higher hardness and wear resistance, the center had a higher toughness, and the steel had good formability and machinability,and the quality of products was good, meeting the high processing requirements of users.
