摘要
基于陕西省实地调研数据,运用无序多分类Logit和Heckman模型探讨人际信任与制度信任对农户就业决策的影响。研究发现,情感信任、制度信任显著正向影响农户从事第一产业决策,制度信任显著正向影响农户从事第二产业决策,社会信任显著正向影响农户从事第三产业决策;Heckman两阶段模型第一阶段中,情感信任、制度信任显著正向影响农户从事非农就业决策,第二阶段中,情感信任、社会信任显著影响农户务工距离决策。上述研究结论有助于促进乡村振兴背景下农民从事非农就业、增收致富,为政府相关部门制定和实施农民就业服务政策提供参考。
Based on questionnaires obtained from Shaanxi Province, and with the application of both Logit and Heckman model, the impact of interpersonal trust and institutional trust on the employment decision of farmers were explored. The research found that: this paper used the Logit model to analyze the impact of trust on farmers' employment patterns. Emotional trust and institutional trust had a significant positive impact on farmers' participation in the primary industry;institutional trust had a significant positive impact on farmers' participation in the secondary industry;social trust had a significant positive impact on farmers' tertiary industry. This paper used Heckman two-stage model to analyze the impact of trust on the distance of migrant workers. In the first stage, emotional trust and institutional trust had a significant positive impact on farmers' non-agricultural employment. In the second stage, emotional trust and social trust had a significant impact on farmers' decision-making distance. The above research conclusions could help farmers to engage in non-agricultural employment, increase income and get rich in the context of rural revitalization, enrich the academic literature in related fields, and provide reference for the relevant government departments to formulate and implement farmers' employment service policies.
