Development and industrial application of catalytic cracking light gasoline etherification technology

摘要 采用中国石油兰州化工研究中心开发的催化轻汽油醚化LNE-2工艺技术,建成呼和浩特石化公司400 kt/a FCC轻汽油醚化工业装置,工业装置生产运行结果表明,以沸点小于等于70℃的催化轻汽油馏分为原料,原料中烯烃含量44.20%(w),叔碳烯烃含量19.76%(w),在反应温度65℃、醇/叔碳烯烃摩尔比1.3、反应压力1.0 MPa、进料空速1.0 h-1的操作条件下,C5叔碳烯烃总转化率为90.38%,C6叔碳烯烃总转化率为54.25%,轻汽油中烯烃含量减少20.84百分点,醚化轻汽油与分离出的重汽油按比例调和后的全馏分汽油辛烷值从89.5提高到90.6。甲醇消耗量为4.2 t/h,醚化轻汽油收率108.57%。 Adopting light gasoline etherification LNE-2 process technology,the FCC light gasoline etherification industrial unit of CNPC Hohhot Petrochemical Co. with an annual capacity of 400 kt is put into production. The production results show that with petrochemical in the boiling point of 70 ℃ or less light gasoline fraction as raw materials,wherein olefin content is 44.20%(w),tert-olefins content is 19.76%(w),and under operation conditions of the reaction temperature being 65 ℃,mole ratio of alcohol/tert-olefins being 1.3,reaction pressure being 1.0 MPa,the feed speed being 1.0 h-1,C5 tert-olefins total conversion rate is 90.38%,C6 tert-olefins total conversion rate is 54.25%,olefin content in light gasoline is reduced by 20.84 percentage point,and the octane value of full-range gasoline blended with etherified light gasoline and separated heavy gasoline in proportion is increased from 89.5 to 90.6. The consumption of methyl alcohol is 4.2 t/h,and the etherification light gasoline yield is 108.57%.
