摘要 为得到预制舱的导热系数,建立了预制舱等效模型。通过理论计算得到了预制舱传热系数,通过计算流体动力学仿真得到了舱内温度场和仿真传热系数,并得到了预制舱修正传热系数。结果表明:板块权重理论适用于预制舱传热系数计算,修正的传热系数有利于提高计算的准确性和计算效率,降低冗余成本。 In order to obtain the heat transfer coefficient of the prefabricated cabin,a equivalent model was established. The heat transfer coefficient of the prefabricated cabin was obtained by theoretical calculation. The temperature field and simulated heat transfer coefficient of the cabin were obtained by computational fluid dynamics simulation,and the heat transfer coefficient of the prefabricated cabin was obtained. The results show that the plate weight theory is applicable to the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient of the prefabrication cabin. The modified heat transfer coefficient is beneficial to improve the calculation accuracy and calculation efficiency and reduce the redundancy cost.
