摘要
目的评价苏百维尔浸膏对四氯化碳致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、空白组、苏百维尔浸膏高(H)、中(M)、低(L)剂量组,每组10只。苏百维尔浸膏按2.04g/kg、0.68g/kg、0.34g/kg的剂量灌胃给药,持续30天,于第30天灌胃给予四氯化碳建造大鼠化学性肝损伤模型。末次给药24h后测定ALT、AST水平,进行肝脏病理组织学检测。结果模型组AST、ALT水平与空白组比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),各剂量组与模型组ALT、AST水平比较,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。模型组肝脏组织出现不同程度的气球样变或空泡变性、点状或灶状坏死等病变,给药组肝脏组织有少部分样本肝细胞出现气球样变。结论苏百维尔浸膏对大鼠化学性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of subaiweier extractum on hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into model group, normal group, high (H), medium (M) and low (L) dosage groups. After 30 days of ig administration with 2.04g/kg, 0.68g/kg, 0.34g/kg doses, the carbon tetrachloride was used to construct the rat model of chemical liver injury on the 30th day. ALT, AST and liver histopathology were measured 24h later after final administration. Results The levels of AST and ALT were significantly different between the model group and the blank group (P< 0.05), and the levels of AST and ALT were significantly different between the model group and the other groups (P< 0.05). In the model group, balloon or vacuolar degeneration, puncture or focal necrosis and other lesions appeared in the liver on different degrees. A small number of liver cells in the administration group showed balloon appearance. Conclusion Subaiweier extractum has a protective effect on chemical liver injury in rats.
