摘要
根据国内水环境与水资源的配置现状与存在的问题,基于ET理念探讨我国水环境与水资源的规划理论与管理模式,并提出具体的实施原则与目标,为我国的水资源短缺等问题提供了良好的理论模型,将有利于经济、社会与水资源的可持续发展的战略目标的实现。
Analysis of the domestic water environment a nd water resources configuration of the present situation and the existing problems, based on the concept of ET to explore our country water environment and water resources planning theory and management mode, and put forward the implementation of the specific principles and objectives, for our country’s water shortages, provides a good theoretical model, will be conducive to economic, social, and the implementation of the strategic goal of sustainable development of water resources.
