摘要 文章提供了一种车用增程器的联轴器,是一种挠性联轴器。此种联轴器无需改变原有发动机飞轮、齿圈等任何结构,电机端采用花键联接。具有重量轻,缓冲效果好等优点。通过台架试验验证,此种联轴器具有安装方便,传动平稳,试验过程中无异响,可补偿发动机与电机不同轴相对位移,实现了长时间使用无失效损坏。此种结构联轴器可扩展至各种不同功率的发动机与电机组成的发电系统使用。 This paper provides a coupling for vehicle range extender, which is a flexible coupling. The coupling does need to change any structure of the original engine flywheel, gear ring, etc. The motor end is connected by spline.It has the advantages of light weight and good cushioning effect. The bench that proves that the coupling has the advantages of conve -nient installation, smooth transmission, no abnormal noise during the test, and can compensate the relative displacement of different axes between the engine and the motor, thus achieving long-term use without damage. This kind of coupling can be extended to the power generation system consisting of engines and motors with different powers.
