摘要
在北方冬季供暖期,因供暖需求,采取“以热定电”的热电联产机组运行方式,系统调峰能力差,在负荷低谷时段会造成大规模弃风限电,增大煤耗量。应对该现象,分析热电机组电热耦合特性,总结归纳国内外相关研究成果。从增设电热耦合设备和电网优化调度两方面展开论述,对增加电锅炉、热泵、储热等方案进行综合分析,总结适用热电机组的优化调度方法及实际应用情况。最后指出了电源侧、电网调度侧下一步需要深入开展的工作。
In the northern winter heating period, because of the heating demand, the operation mode of the cogeneration unit of "power determined by heat" is adopted.The peak shaving ability of the system is poor. During the low load period, large-scale wind abandonment and power limitation will be caused, and the coal consumption will increase.In response to this phenomenon, the electro-thermal coupling characteristics of thermoelectric units were analyzed, and the relevant research results at home and abroad were summarized. From the two aspects of adding electro-thermal coupling equipment and optimal dispatching of power grid, this paper comprehensively analyzed the schemes of adding electric boilers, heat pumps and heat storage, and summarized the optimal dispatching methods and practical application of thermoelectric units.Finally, the further work in the power side and power grid dispatching side was pointed out.
