摘要
目的:通过品管圈的应用使到笔者所在医院床旁检测操作流程及质量管理规范化,使床旁检验结果准确可靠。方法:采用品管圈管理工具的手法对医院床旁检测操作流程进行改进和优化。比较品管圈实施前后仪器合格率。结果:品管圈实施后,血糖仪和血气分析仪比对合格率均为100%,目标达成率分别为160.6%和161.9%,进步率分别为41.1%和200.3%。结论:品管圈应用于检验整体质量管理中,对检验科室管理质量效果和日常检验工作的整体提升具有明显效果。
Objective: To standardize the operation process and quality management of bedside inspection in our hospital through the application of quality control circle, and to make the results of bedside inspection accurate and reliable. Method: Quality control circle management tools were used to improve and optimize the operation process of hospital bedside detection. Compared the qualified rate of instruments before and after the implementation of quality control circle. Result: After the implementation of quality control circle, the qualified rate of blood glucose meter and blood gas analyzer was 100%, the target rate were 160.6% and 161.9%, and the progress rate were 41.1% and 200.3%. Conclusion: The application of quality control circle in the overall quality management of inspection has obvious effect on the management quality effect of inspection departments and the overall improvement of daily inspection work.
