摘要
以消防员灭火防护服常用6种外层织物和4种舒适层织物为研究对象,测试其在常温常湿,含水率10%、20%、30%状态下的拉伸断裂强力、顶破强力、撕裂强力、质量减少率、起毛起球数量、损毁长度和阴燃续燃时间,探讨含水率对单层织物力学性能、外观、耐用性及阻燃性的影响。分析结果表明:随着含水率的增加,外层和舒适层织物拉伸断裂强力、顶破强力、撕裂强力存在不同程度的下降,尤其是黏胶织物表现更为明显;同时,织物质量减少率增加,起毛起球数量减少,损毁长度减小,续燃阴燃时间缩短。
6 kinds of shell fabrics and 4 kinds of lining fabrics for fire-fighter' s wear are used as research object, and the tensile strength, burst strength, tear strength, weight loss, number of pilling, damage length, after-flame time and after-glow time are tested at the condition of normal temperature and humidity, moisture content of 10%, 20%, 30%. The results show that with the increase of moisture content, tensile strength, burst strength and tear strength of shell fabric and lining fabrics all decline, especially rayon blend fabrics. Meanwhile, fabric quality reduction rate increases, the number of pilling reduces, damage length decreases, and after-flame time and after-glow time are shortened.
