摘要
为扩大优质护理服务覆盖面,使优质护理资源下沉,发挥区域辐射作用,提升基层服务能力,无锡市医院协会自2014年起,以院会协作为平台,组织全市三级医院的管理专家和技术专家定期前往基层医疗机构进行管理和技术对口协作帮扶。5年内共派出8名三级医院护理部主任对16家基层医院进行指导协作,在护理规范管理和优质护理开展等方面均取得较好的成效。
In order to improve the quality of nursing services and enhance nursing service capabilities in the primary hospitals, Wuxi Hospital Association has organized management experts and professional specialists from the tertiary hospitals to the primary hospitals. Experts regularly visited the primary medical institutions and provided management and professional instructions. Within 5 years, the heads of the nursing departments of 8 tertiary hospitals were sent to 16 primary hospitals to provide guidances. The quality of nursing services in the primary hospitals have achieved high level.
