摘要
工程素养是反映工科大学生综合素质的重要因素,随着汽车技术的不断发展,对人才的需求规格日益提高,培养具有较高工程素养的应用型人才是汽车产业发展的必然要求。为全面提高应用型汽车人才的工程素养,探索并构建了“三个层次、三种能力”的应用型人才工程素养培养模式以及“双平台铺路、多引擎驱动”的应用型人才工程素养培养路径。
Engineering quality is an important factor reflecting the comprehensive quality of engineering students. With the continuous development of automotive technology, the demand for talents is increasing. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of the automotive industry to cultivate application-oriented talents with high engineering quality. In order to comprehensively improve the engineering quality of applied automobile majors, the "three levels and three capabilities" mode for the training of applied talents' engineering quality and the "double-platform paving and multi-engine driven" path for the training of applied talents' engineering quality are explored and constructed.
