小切口环扎钢丝联合长PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨小切口环扎钢丝联合长PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆下骨折的安全性和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2013-02-2017-03收治的17例老年股骨粗隆下骨折,行小切口环扎钢丝联合长PFNA内固定治疗后评估临床疗效。结果本组17例均获得临床随访,随访时间12~28个月,平均16.1个月。患者骨折愈合良好,愈合时间3.5~7.5个月,无延迟愈合和感染等并发症。术后随访时根据改良Harris髋关节评分标准进行功能评价:优14例,良2例,可1例。结论钢丝环扎操作简单、微创、经济,能有效维持骨折复位,结合长PFNA内固定是治疗老年股骨粗隆下骨折的良好方法。
