生长调节剂对青钱柳扦插生根及生根过程中保护酶系统的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Growth Regulators on Rooting Characteristics and Protective Enzyme System of Cyclocarya paliurus

摘要 以3年生青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)种子繁殖母株上的一年生木质化枝条为扦插材料,以1/3珍珠岩+1/3蛭石+1/3河沙为扦插基质,以不经任何处理的插穗为对照,研究ABT1、ABT2和特效生根粉不同浓度(100、200、300、500 mg·L^-1)对青钱柳扦插的影响,并分析扦插生根过程中氧化酶活性的变化,以期筛选出青钱柳硬枝扦插的适宜条件和方法。结果表明:生长调节剂处理可不同程度提高青钱柳扦插的生根率,其中ABT2效果较好,200 mg·L^-1时生根率可达78%;青钱柳扦插整个生根过程中ABT2处理组多酚氧化酶(PPO)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性呈现"上升-下降-上升-下降"的趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈"上升-下降-上升"的变化趋势。但与对照相比变化趋势明显,平均周期提前5 d左右。 In order to screen out the suitable conditions and methods for hard cutting of Cyclocarya paliurus.Hardwood shoots from 3-year-old Cyclocarya paliurus tree were taken as cutting materials,1/3 perlite+1/3 vermiculite+1/3 sand were taken as cutting matrix and the untreated cuttings as control.The effects of different concentrations of ABT1,ABT2 and specific rooting powder were studied,and the changes of IAAO,PPO and POD activities were analyzed.The results showed that the growth regulator treatment could increase the rate of rooting of Cyclocarya paliurus cuttings,in which,the survival rate treated with 200 mg·L^-1 ABT2 was the highest,which reached to 78%;treated with 200 mg·L^-1 ABT2,the activity of IAAO and PPO showed a trend of ‘rise-descend-rise-descend’,and the activity of POD showed a trend of ‘rise-descend-rise’.And the change trend was obvious compared with the control.The average rooting cycle was about 5 days ahead of time.
